Woods' injury disrupted the storyline, leading Kingston to team with Grayson Waller without winning titles. WWE also released Tonga Loa and JC Mateo in recent cuts. Reactions poured in from wrestlers across promotions, positioning Kingston and Woods as top free agents.
In Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, El Grande Americano and Original El Grande Americano build toward a mask-vs-mask match at Rey de Reyes on May 30. After Callum Newman retained the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and challenged Ospreay, Ospreay attacked Shingo Takagi with a Hidden Blade.
